The Pertinence of making a system.

 

Pertinence is one of belonging, and in an age of belonging, ironically feels apt for today's culture of game system. Sometimes life is like playing a computer game, only in the game you can fail, until practised, not practice until fail!

 

There are two more apt systems of thought, that of convalescence, and that of self destruction. Often times we can be at a height of success only to ruin it all by way of ism into fury, and into self-denial that anything ever went wrong before now. So there is definitely heed in moderation, despite our musical premise to fight mediocrity, too easily we are a number at the bar, in the shop, at the gig and on the scene. But to be on the scene was a worthwhile experience.

 

Convalescence allows someone to grow, and something I want to come back to in this piece, but first let us deal with the real issues of success and failure. Imagine you are walking through town and someone strips their clothes off, fail! Someone shouts out loud, fail! Someone is so desperate they jack up on a street corner, fail! So what are the reasonable expectations of modern behaviour. It is more than likely one should be polite, but also predictable, and in that somewhat colloquial of plain English: 'predictability' becomes pertinent. To pertain safety and security in a world built by man and for man, and more so the children, all of them of this world, we must pertain sovereignty with 'love of the street', however comedic, or dramatic, or horrific news, and life can be.

 

Let's say, for arguments sake: 1 in 3 prisoners re-offend, so incarceration becomes normalised, and the will to break the rules overrules instilling any kind of justice, as a result of the injustice/justice of going in in the first place. Failing therefore for 1 in 3 are practised and 2 in 3 causing a reaction, through instability or poverty. Poverty is the biggest killer to date, and still we find a lack of philanthropy and more and more depravity. This is when the computer game becomes an internal to living reality, and the practice is whimsical making satisfaction and success very hard, without much growth, personal or financial, each intertwined.

 

The convalescence of meaning is what makes sense. Imagine a public spa or lido in every town, a return for devolutions sake to Victorian watering holes, like Bath spa, or Cheltenham. A return to more consideration for a temperate climate, literally a water tank to increase levels of humidity in dry polluted areas, granted you would have to keep changing the water, but also a purification system. More credibility for Roman style ventilation and mechanics, a society rid of overuse of electricity and general power sources into a fresh modern way of living known only a 1000 years ago.

 

We are at the end of the day, everyone of us a King and Queen. What starts at the top with responsibility makes us aware of ourselves, and before one knows it whilst we are arguing through media over Brexit, unfortunately we voted out, so that is the justice one can expect to be their own Prime Minister for the few moments a cross was adorned a small torn photocopied piece of ballot paper. We must be free and easy and ready for change, for change is to come on March 29th 2019, and I promise one it will be a celebration in my eyes, with doubt passing law, it is bound to happen; for if it does not we could be worse off than to have ever decided to do it in the first place, it is simply a course of democracy, and once business is back on its feet, then it will suffice to take off in regal style, and leave a great deal of xenophobia, taxes, and cheap holidays behind.

 

We have so far understood not to internalise success and failure, to convalesce, and not self-destruct, so what is also relevant to aptness, but love, unconditional, protective, virulent, unobtrusive, and playful. Never forget to play just not in the game, but in a game.
